Wedding Packages
All packages include:
Wedding Coverage: unlimited photographs in color, black and white or sepia tones, a slideshow of edited images w/music, custom designed CD label, free consultation, pictures will be available 30 days after wedding , albums in four to six weeks.
Online gallery: to view and choose proofs, share with family and friends, and to order prints.
CD: high resolution of print files edited w/copyright release
Diamond Package:
w/ film $10,050.00 for digital $6,550.00 for CD only $5,000.00
-up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage, up to 2 hours of pre-wedding day coverage, up to 3 locations, all proofs; from both portrait sessions and pre-wedding coverage. 250 print files on cd and 250 4x6 prints, a 40 page (80 sides) wedding album including prints, two -20 page (40 sides) parent albums, a 2 hour bridal portrait session, an engagement portrait sessionup to 2 hours. described below
Platinum package:
w/ film $6,550.00 for digital $4,550.00 for CD only $3,500.00
-up to 6 hours of wedding day coverage, 2 locations,150 proofs,100 print files on cd or 100 4x6 prints, a 20 page (40 sides) wedding album including prints, up to a 2 hour bridal portrait session. described below
Gold Package:
w/ film $3,750.00 for digital $2,750.00 for CD Only $2,000.00
- up to 4 hours of wedding day coverage, 1 location, up to 100 proofs, 50 print files on cd or 50 4x6 prints, a 10 page (20 sides) wedding album
Silver Package:
w/film $2,400.00 for digital $1,650.00 for CD Only $1,500.00
-up to 3 hours of wedding day coverage, 1 location, up to 75 proofs, 25 print files on cd or 25 4x6 prints
"Ceremony Only Package"
$1,150.00- up to 2 hours, a cd of edited images (no ala carte )
Some photos will be presented in black-and-white, or sepia at the artist's discretion. The exact number of post-edit pictures will depend on your event. The number of proof prints included in a given package does not limit the number of proofs that I will make available to you to choose from. Example: You order The Platinum package, I will upload 500 pictures of your wedding day, and you use Pictage to choose the 150 that you want Candi to give you.
- only one discount may be applied-10% for firefigher's, military and teacher's (must be active duty at booking) or Friday or Sunday event, 15% for Monday through Thursday event, 15% paid in full at signing of contract
50% deposit secures your wedding date. the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding. payments can be made by check, cash, money order or credit cards; master card, visa, discover. Deposits are temporary until financial clearance. Deposits are non-refundable; as I will not accept any other clients for your timeframe. The deposits are transferable if the need arises. You will incur a $250.00 transfer/reshecdule fee, if I am available. A payment plan is available if needed, for the remaining balance.
Ala Carte:
Engagement Photo Session: $450.00, includes one outdoor location, up to 2 hours, a 11x14 print, 25 proofs, a 5 page (10 sides) album/$300.00 w/proofs only
Bridal portrait session: $450.00, includes one outdoor location, up to 2 hours, a 16x20 print, 25 proofs, a 5 page (10sides) album/$300.00 w/ proofs only
Pre-wedding coverage: $300.00, up to 2 hours.;ie- hair salon, bride's home, rehearsal dinner, bachelor/rette party, bridal shower
Additional Photo Albums:$650.00-$1,650.00, includes prints
Additional print files or 4x6 prints:$5.00 each or a 25 count set for $100.00
Additional proofs:$3.00 each or a 25 count set @ $62.50
Additional locations: $50.00
Additional hours: $450.00
Additional DVD's: $50.00
Transfer/reschedule fee: $250.00
